Advent devotions are available for anyone who would like one. You can pick one up on the table below the narthex bulletin board.
Ladies’ Brunch & Tasty Treats
Saturday, December 9 at 10 am, join Becca Souer at the parsonage for a Ladies’ Brunch. This is a great time to gather together as sisters in Christ! Some food and drink with be provided and there will be a short devotion. In addition, if you are able, bring along a favorite Christmas treat to share (home-baked or store bought).
Cards for Shut-ins
Sunday, December 10 at 10:15 am, join the Board of Evangelism in the Fellowship Hall to make Christmas cards for our shut-ins.
Sunday, December 10 at 10:30 am, we will have our year end congregational meeting. The agenda is posted on the narthex bulletin board.
Midweek Bible Study
Wednesday, December 13 at 10 am, join us for midweek Bible study on the book, “Has American Christianity Failed?” by Bryan Wolfmueller.
Advent Meal & Worship
Wednesday, December 13 at 5:30 pm, join us for an Advent meal served by St. John’s LWML. Worship follows at 6:15 pm.
Tuesday, December 12 at noon is LWML ‘s Christmas Party & Potluck. Hostesses are old and new officers. Kaylene Motschenbacher has opening devotions.
Looking for great stocking stuffers? LWML has a variety of kitchen cutlery and other items in the back of the fellowship hall. Envelopes are provided for payment.
Tonight at 7 pm is the next night of Confirmation classes. Memory work due: 2nd Year - Memory Work #3; 3rd Year- Lord’s Prayer Conclusion.

Sunday, December 10 at 10:30 am, the Sunday school kids will meet in the sanctuary for Christmas program practice.
Sunday School Christmas Program
Sunday, December 17, at the end of service, will be our Sunday School Christmas program. The Youth will have a bake sale after the program with proceeds going towards the National Youth Gathering.
Youth Bake Sale
Sunday, December 17 following the Sunday School Christmas program, the Youth will hold their annual bake sale. Please bring items to church ready to sell. All items will be free will offering. Proceeds will go toward the Youth and the 2025 Youth Gathering.

Need Christmas gift ideas? SCRIP cards make great gifts! There are a wide variety of gift cards with different denominations for you to choose from! Ask Carrie McKay, Trisha Nosal, or the office to peruse what we have on hand. Cards can also be ordered.
Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack
Wednesday, January 10 form 6 - 8 pm at Scheels Arena in Fargo, the Confirmation Youth will pack meals with Feed My Starving Children. Siblings, parents, and any other members of the congregation are welcome to join us. At least one parent will be needed to help drive. We will figure out a dinner plan closer to the date.
